Every summer, Yoga in Daily Life offers a unique retreat, designed for devotees, practitioners and spiritual seekers worldwide. This year’s retreat commenced in June in Strilky Mahaprabhudeep Ashram, Czech Republic, then continued in Vép, Hungary, and has again returned to the serene location of Strilky Ashram. Both locations are nestled in tranquil nature, rich in prana, and provide an ideal sanctuary for those looking to escape the busyness of life, find inner peace and recharge their energies.

This summer, Yoga in Daily Life practitioners and spiritual seekers gathered once again in Vép, our cherished spiritual home in Hungary, for a one-week retreat filled with profound yoga practices and spiritual exploration. For 31 years, Vép has been the heart of our summer retreats, offering participants a serene environment to immerse themselves in the teachings of Yoga in Daily Life.

From 20-26 July 2024, a Yoga in Daily Life Retreat took place in the serene and spiritually vibrant setting of Ubud, on the island of Bali, Indonesia. Organised by Gita from Melbourne Ashram in Australia, and co-led with Swami Madhuram Puri from New Zealand, the retreat attracted 19 participants from Australia, New Zealand and Europe, including dedicated students of Yoga in Daily Life, as well as other enthusiastic seekers of health and wellbeing.
